Our messaging program

When you separately opt in, we may send texts about your requested home energy assessment, scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up questions, and updates. Promotional messages about energy offers require a separate opt-in. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies with your request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. After an opt-out confirmation, the messaging program will stop sending texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call (254) 414-3402, or email [email protected]. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase or request an assessment. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Assessments and offers

Submitting a request or booking a survey does not mean your home has been approved or selected. A survey is not an installation appointment or purchase commitment. Project eligibility, incentives, pricing, savings, and any ongoing payments must be confirmed in the written proposal and applicable agreement. Battery-only assessments are available for review; eligibility and terms may differ from solar-and-battery offers.
